Default my car to old to race??

So my honda civic, d15b7 mileage = 240,000
You guys think the mileage is to high to take out to a autocross event?
I did have some stuff done but changed it all back to stock not to long ago

and your timing belt is up to date.

seriously, just drive it. i would add oil so that it is about a 1/4" above the normal full mark. and crank the tire pressures up to about 36-40 front and about 5 psi lesss in the rear.

not sure if you are brand new or just concerned for the car.

i've autocrossed more than one honda with 200,000+ on it and a friend had over 340,000 on his (but he did freshen the head at 320,000). ymmv.
