Default K24/20 turbo build *dyno charts*

Ive been doing the NA thing for a long time and decided to try my hand at a boosted setup. I sold off my K20aR swap and started this one.

Block is a Fresh K24 block from Honda
CP 9:1 compression STD bore swaine tech coated
IB H beam rods
Golden Eagle head studs
factory rod and main bearings.
Stock k24 oil pump w/ upgraded spring for increased oil PSI

Head is stock Type S w/ stock cams

EP3 trans (5spd) w/ OBX LSD

Turbo Kit is FULL RACE previously owned by Jeff Evans
Stage 3 GT series
GT35R .82a/r vband housing
Tial 50mm BOV
Tial 44mm wastegate
PWR/Full Race vertical feed intercooler
2.5" custom stainless steel charge pipes

RC 750 injectors
Kpro
GM 3 bar map

this will be going it to my EG hatch.
w/ the K20R w/ ips K2 cams and SSR header went 12.2 @ 109 and was untuned at that time.

Here are some PICS

The car

OLD k20a swap

New block

IB rods CP pistons

oil pump w/ new spring

Why did you relocate your battery? Two pics before that it seems like it fits fine. Anyway this looks amazing, one day when I get my own career, house and garage will will be looking to do something of the same! Good luck with it!

1.) What coating from Swaintech is that? Mine were gold from Swaintech.
2.) Is that upper radiator hose custom bent rubber?

the battery had to be moved as the down pipe took its place. I also prefer the weight as far forward as possible.

Theres more power in that setup. Im not sure if youve messed with the cam advance but I bet it will help alot. if you put it on c16 that motors capable of making alot more power.. 600 plus

Btw your old ctr motor made 214 hp in rickys car on a crappy dc header... ill let you know what it makes when we change the header for something that wont choke it up

im sure there is more power to be had. all we did was some timming and A/F. Whne i get my new intake manifold ill go for a complete tune.

Im glad Ricky got his motor going. I heard it was doing well at the track.
