can anyone give me a list of all internals i need to upgrade when i turbo my b16a 2nd gen JDM i will go with T3 ( or maybe t3-t4 ) the most i want is 300whp

Pistons,cams, rods, valve, retainer, springs, sleeve.... anything alse?
or maybe stock cams are good?

you can do 300whp on stock internals. just upgrade the fuel system and tune the hell out of it.
