Default General questions about EK mirrors

I broke the passenger's side mirror off my 2000 hatchack. I want to replace it with something just like the original, or both mirrors with something tasteful but not outrageously expensive...its just my wife's daily driven car (no track, no bling).

I see lots of places online selling aftermarket replacements that look like the original for around $40-$60 shipped. Are these ok? Anyone have issues with them?

Do the 2-door and hatchbacks have the same mirrors?

Also, are there some tasteful, non-power mirrors for an EK hatch that fold in? I ask because I'd like the mirrors to "deflect" just like the crx mirrors do when you hit something instead of breaking off. Ideally some manual versions of the CTR ones would be nice.

The make spoon-replica mirrors that are smaller than the stocks. They also make non-power versions of the folding mirrors. Check out http://www.jdmshit.com

Ahh, sweet! The JDM non-power folders are available, but on back-order.

Another dumb question... wouldn't the JDM mirror have the convex glass on the left and regular on the right?
