Aftermarket Steering Wheel Question 99 Civic EX
Hey everyone, for Christmas I may be getting an aftermarket steering wheel, could be Momo, Sparco, Grant wtf ever, my point is I know I have to do the hub adaptor and so forth, but I have cruise control which is currently attatched to the steering wheel itself, now if I switch steering wheels, will I loose the cruise control? And also, do I need to mess with the steering column itself since headlights and wiper controls are on there, will it effect any of those controls? Any input would be appreciated and thank you in advance!

Bump, anyone...Am I gonna loose the cruise control, or can I mount the unit elsewhere?

The only way you can keep your cruise control buttons is getting a Works Bell Splash hub for an S2000 (it will fit on your civic's column). This allows you to keep the clock spring. After that, it's a matter of fabrication to mount the cruise control buttons to your wheel.
