Default Help with drawing 12v power from fuse box

I fried my 12v (ignition) in the radio harness, so the radio doesn't power on, but the security light still blinks. The 12v ignition fried to its source, which also knocked out power to the Lighter Plug,(but the glowing ring around the lighter plug still glows).
BTW: I checked all fuses already.

So I need to draw a 12v current.
In the picture below (fuse) each one of these measured a 12v power except for the (Flashing Lights). Well I need to draw current from one of these to the radio and lighter.

My questions, is there a specific plug i can use so i can connect a wire to there? and also, If after I do connect a wire to one of those 12v, should I connect both the radio and charger 12 in ONE 12v source, or use TWO separate 12v sources?

I answered this question in the audio forums, but for the record, that diagram is incorrect.
