Default turbo d16a6

i have a 91 crx i did the si swap in my car so i have a d16a6 i wana turbo it but i dont know were to get a new cam? or if i should put vtec heads on the car for when i turbo the car? or should i keep it non vtec? but i wana change the engine internals so when i turbo it the motor will have more power and will be better to handle boost

if youre adding turbo.... a vtec and non vtec motor will perform pretty equally.

just boost the stock D16a6.

lots of places to get cams/regrinds. supposedly exospeed makes a good cam http://www.exospeed.com

i wouldnt screw with the vtec if ur head is good that you have now on the a6. but thats just me, save that money and put it into ur turbo kit.

check out tallkyle and redzcstandardhatch 's cars. they've got boosted d16a6's and lay down some nice numbers! search for their posts, man.

stock head/cam, 20 psi on low comp pistons, and i made 300.08/254 wtq.

happy with that=me
