How can you tell if a catalytic converter is bad?
I need a new cat and Im buying a used oem one. is there anyway I can check to see if its bad? What do I need to look for? He said he had check engine light but it was becuase of his O2 sensor..

if you look down the pipe and there's nothing in it..then its gutted
