i am trying to change wheels studs and i really dont know how to if someone could tell me how or post up a pic by pic tutorial i will be much appreciated.

 

Pull off hub. Put in studs. Press hubs in with new wheel bearings.

And if you search, you'll get a more detailed procedure.

 

Ive heard from people that you can change the wheel studs without pressing out the wheel bearing or did i hear wrong

no your right.
you CAN grind on the spindle and the new wheel stud for it to work.

The DX knuckles you can, but Integra ones, you'll need to grind a whole lot.
