I removed the cylinder head from my engine. When I press on say the intake side of the piston and then press the exhaust side back and forth I notice movement. Does this mean my rings are toast?

I had 150psi in 3 out of 4 cylinders (the 4th had a broken valve). The cylinder walls have no scoring or deposits and are clean.
