Default Clutch break in

I just had an ACT HD with SS disk along with a JDM ITR flywheel installed in the car and I was wondering what the proper break in period would be?

ACT recommends you break it in for 200-300 miles. Is that enough of a break in? Also how should the car be driven while breaking it in? Keep it below a certian RPM? Take it into higher RPM's in certian gears?

Any info would be great. I wanna do this right to have the clutch running properly and also to have it last as long as possible.

BTW this is for a 2K GSR. I posted in the "R" forum b/c there seems to be quite alot of people on this board that have alot of knowledge. Thanks in advance.

whatever you do, dont do what i did in my sentra.......... 50 miles after the clutch was put in, I was doing 5500 RPM slips on 555R DRs at the track not the best thing for clutch longevity, but the damn thing still feels great, knock on wood
