Just like title..

I know there are bits for a dremel or other powertool that can grind off the paint around say a rust spot or scratch, that removes the paint and rust, but not strong enough to damage the metal. I am looking for this or something like it. Please give me some suggestions.

Car = need new paint... many small scratches and spots going through paint, not enough money, so I want to spot treat it for now, just so it does not rust out.

use a mini wire wheel, they work really well at taking off paint and small enough to be controlled. dremel makes them but they are kind of expensive, just get a generic brand if you can.

 

any particular type of wire? would copper be best?
