speedometer revs with my tachometer?

Default speedometer revs with my tachometer?

Hey took my b18 out of my 92 civic for some work and now when i put it back in, the speedometer revs up with the tachometer. unless i have the clutch pushed in.

what might be causing that? thanks!!

i am taking it as, you are not driving the car.. by the sound of it i beleive your axle is popped out.. if it isnt that, (meening u've checked ur axles and made sure they are all the way in), then i dont know.

ok good thanks guys, i have not put the axles in since i put the motor in (because axles needed new boots), and i was just seeing if the motor would crank.

so at least i know that it was the axle's causing it, thanks
