transmission stiff

supps guys.

got a quick question like to us.

My 94lude jdm transmission is quiet stiff trying to shift from P to R (it an auto).
Like to know wats goin on.

start with the small stuff. How is the fluid level? How does the fluid look? Is it red or pinkish or more of a dirty brown?
