Default crx MODEL???

hey yall, I am planning on buying a crx as a project car and as soon as i got my hands on one.I am going to do a motor swap to something more stronger, maybe a b18c or b16a2. what model crx would be the easiest to swap and modify with aftermarket products?(hf? si? dx?)

avoid the dx - has dual point wiring

use the 90-91 si or hf models - those have the multi-point wiring

the hf is the lightest of all three models, the si is the heaviest, but the fastest (but since you are swapping out the motor, it doesn't matter.)

the best two would be the 88 si and hf. they are the lightest year. the HF is super light, while the si is kind of light, but has the nice interior and sunroof.

Agreed, extra $200 bucks in swap parts for the wiring harness.
