what's better in my civic?

i got a 92 honda civic dx and i was wondering if the h22a prelude motor is better than the b18c gsr motor?

Let me know wat u think is better?

aparently, it cost a lot more to get the h22 up after 200hp.

10bucks says he will get neither and sit there with his b7, 100hp FTMFL
