Default CV Joint

it clicks when turning close to full lock, it needs to be replaced. i got a replacement just havent got round to fitting it yet.

anyway recently theres been a little bit of a hollow sounding clunk from the front occasionally. could this be the CV joint or has a bushing or ball joint started to go?
