b16 harness into stock 97 EK

what do i need to do to get a 99-00 SI engine harness to work with my stock 97 hatch???? been trying my best but cant seem to figure anything out BRAIN DEAD... i put the harness in and fuel js keeps dumping in non stop

do yourself a favor and stay away from the obd2b engine harness. get 96-98 harness.
