i need help im having backfires!!!

Default i need help im having backfires!!!
hey any1 could help me out really appriciate. i have a 97ex civic and well when i leave a stop and shift i sometimes hear back fire on my exhaust.any idea what could it be some1

details? is it stock? boosted? when was the last time you put new plugs and plug wires in it? is it doing anything else thats weird?

well plugs i recently put them on new and wires i got the 9.3 apc and well is not really the much fixed i only got full exhaust and intake oh and a spacer.

throw a timing light on it. regap your plugs. and check your rotor button. make sure its tight.
