Default ULEV Accord & Cold Air Intake

Hi , i hate for my first post here to be a need for help but i dont know anyone else who i can ask this so here goes:

I recently bought a K&N Cold air intake not knowing before hand that it was actually incompatible with my 04 Accord 2.4L V4 with a ULEV engine. (My car doesn't even have an air temperature sensor from the stock intake tube.) So i ended up returning it. Is there any kind of intake that would fit my car? Thanks guys!

ULEV is so sensitive you can throw a check engine lite by opening the hood when it's cold outside. I really wouldn't feel confident of changing up anything under hood on one of those rigs.

You have a MAF sensor, and as such you need to purchase a Fujita intake to make sure that it is compatible with your intake (that black little clip that you tried to fit into your intake piping and probably threw the code. I have an AEM Cold Air Intake and I got it to work ok, but the MAF sensor isn't reading right, and it caused me to foul 2 primary o2 sensors. Best bet is the Fujita Cold Air Intake or Short Ram Intake.

So youre saying that my 04 accord definitely has a MAF sensor and its what causing the AEM and K&N intakes to be incompatible with it? I checked Fujita and it looks good. This could exactly be what i'm looking for. Very good advice. Thanks man..

If I'm not mistaken, yes. Fujita should work out just fine.
