where's a good place to get those? also, do I need a set of 4? 2 for each wheel? or a set of 4 for 1 for each wheel? how exactly does that work?

I recently purchased a set for my 5th gen. Not sure if my findings are fully applicable for your 4th gen. I read that the Progress unit has the lowest profile of all the ball-joint type camber kits for the front. I also have the SPC camber kit for the front and I can atleast verify that the Progress unit is lower in profile than the SPC. You want to use the Progress unit to minimize the chance of hitting the upper fender well when the camber kit is installed on a lowered vehicle. There are no "anchor bolt" type for the front for the 5th gen Prelude. The Progress unit also adjusts caster.
For the rear, I just got an Ingalls unit. You'll need two sets, for the rear.
So one Progress unit for the front and two sets of the Ingalls anchor type for the rear. Got mine at importrp.com. Browse, then Email or call them.
