-i have a 91 ef. wit a d16z6. obivuosly my car is obd0 but im looking to run the right distributor n p28 for my car. right now im not sure what distrubutor i have i think its off a 93 coupe non vtec. seeing that i only have one plug running from my distrubutor going to an obd1 plug. but there is about 5 wires running to the plug from distributor and on the back of the plug there is about 5 wires cut so all wires on back of plug are not being used. from what i think its either an obd1 distributor with not all wires going to the plug or its obd0 distributor and the wires coming from the distributor get connected to the wires that go the plug. the wires going from distributor to plug are taped up so im not sure. what do i need to do? any opinions???? i can get a brand new d16z6 obd1 distrubutor for 180 what needs to be done?
-now i want to run a p28 in my car and want to order the BOOMSLANG harness? what needs to be done wiring wise other than the plugs gettin connected together.??? o2, tps, map????? i see wires coming off the boomslang harness but where do they go? color coated? what do i do about my vafc wiring?? i have a p28 ready to use?
-now what tranny fluid do i use when i change my fluid? opinions? good brand?
-another is mounts? anyone kno where to get brand new EF singlecam mounts? or will inserts work? who sells them?
thanks jus learing wit hondas and tryin to get my car running right. as of now wit wrong distributor and a shitty obd0 b16 ecu my car runs like **** and cuts off when it wants to... so need help

there is no OBD0 dizzy that will bolt right up to the p28 head correctly. you can use the z6 dizzy and rewire it to an obd0 plug and then get an obd0 to obd1 conversion harness to use the p28 ecu. mounts can be bought from ebay pretty cheap, but the inserts work pretty well too, its all preferance with them.

Asking where to buy Honda parts is akin to asking where to buy a McDonald's hamburger.

Synchromesh is a Pennzoil product sold at most chain auto parts stores. It is also sold as a GM product at any GM dealership. It is more expensive than Honda MTF.
