Default Icebox w/ JRSC question?

Which intake arm can i use or do i have to use with a type r with jrsc and the icebox?

Is there one i can use or do i have to use the comptech intake arm?

I tried to search and found nothing in the three pages of comptech threads

Thanks

Nick

I just cut my intake arm so that it would fit with the JRSC. Just used a metal cutting saw. Worked great. I have a 1999 Civic Si. Comptech used to sell a arm that fit the icebox to a JRSC, but it has been discontinued. Not sure if they did for the Type R or not. Comptech told me to do it myself and it was pretty easy. We don't have identical cars, but I had to take about 1 inch off my intake arm to make it fit. Just make sure you measure carefully. Better to not shorten it enough then too much.
