IceBox question for JRSC on Integra

I've got an R with the JRSC. I was thinking about purchasing the Comptech IceBox. Does anyone have any experience with this? If I buy the Comptech IceBox, are there any modifications in order to mount it or is it simple?

comptech is a quality company and i would assume if they say it fits then it will fit without modifications .
