what fuel components do i need?
Walboro 255 in tank or a similar pump of your choice and some injectors that are sufficient for your power goals (and a way of controlling them). Pretty much everything else will be fine.
Or if you want to upgrade further, grab a pressure regulator and a rail.

550's probably...
nothin wrong with buyin more expensive bigger ones.. you can always run them at a lower duty cycle...
its better to have lots of fuel instead of not enough

What year is the Civic?
If 96+ you are going to want:
- Conversion Harness to convert to OBD1
- OBD1 ECU
- Larger Injectors (440cc would be enough for 8-10 psi)
- Fuel Pump is certainly a good idea
After that, all you need is tuning...tuner directory is at the top of this forum!
