eacv adjustment??

eacv adjustment??
On my eacv I noticed how there is an allen screw on the side of it, for some sort of adjustment or something? what is it there for my idle is bouncy and rough I check my timing and cleaned my fast idle valve and the eacv and noticed it so just wondering what it is for

do you no what i mean I took it off to check it out and it looks like it is like my fast idle valve where you can screw it down. And what is the purpose of this part also?
