Lowering Problems
I have a problem that I need you guys help me with, I have a 1991 Honda Civic SiR and I want to lower it. I wanted too put on coilovers but I have on KYB shocks and they told me that the coilovers will finish the shocks really fast. So I wanted too put on lowering springs but now they are telling me not too put it on because my car will ride ruff. I have no idea what too put on, can you guys help me?
if you do any kind of lowering your cars not gonna ride the same, if it was me i'd get springs only because about everybody i know has never had any luck with coilovers and springs do ya just the same. if you dont want a rough ride dont lower it at all cause thats what it'll do.
for springs
for springs
I just installed a set of Tanabe Df210's Springs along with Tokico blues and it works great. It gives about a 2" drop and its great on curves
how much did you plan on lowering you civic i have a 3 in drop in back and alike a 4 in in the front runs great but my springs where cut for more lowering inches so its up to you ohh my springs are Tenzo-R's
I just bought tenzo-r coilovers for my kyb gr-2 shocks. Do you think I just threw away a couple hundred $s? Everything's still in the box though, so if I re-sold them, what would be a good combo to get with the kybs? Thanks
