Default Suspension vibration when braking??

Hi guy's. I"m new to HT. i've had my 99 gsr for about four years now and i've had a persistent vibration. the car was purchased as a shell from a theft recovery. I got the suspension from a salvage yard and was driving fine for about 3-4 months until i noticed a heavy vibration during braking. I know what a lot of people are saying:" must be warped rotors." I don't abuse my brakes but to warp brand new rotors in a few months is crazy. I've use powerslot to oem rotors and the same thing happens over and over. I've gotten use to it but it effect stability during braking. i"m planning on autocrossing but I don't want to hit the track with crappy brakes. By the way the master cyl. is new and the calipers are new. has this happened to anybody else before. I appreciate any advise. thanks

It can all depedend on what kind of vibration you get. If your steering wheel vibrates, then u might want to balance your tires, or maybe ur wheels are bent or warpped somehow

99Geeezer, does it happen only when stopping from a high rate of speed?
Or does it happen even at low speeds, ie 35mph or so?

The tires are new and definately balanced. I've gone through the whole suspension and determinined that all bushings are good. I'm starting to believe it's the driver side axle. I've replaced both ball joints so now i'm gonna proceed with an axle. I'll keep you guys informed. thanks again for any input.

warpped or cracked rotors... From my experience, that's the only time i have ever felt vibrations braking.

i might suggest checkiing your brake calipers...i bought my car a while back and the guy who owned it before beat the **** out of it i guess and snapped the caliper mount bolts and when i took it off the dealership the brakes vibrated a bit....check it out just in case i dont know how thoroughly you have been over the car just thought that i would let you know....

I've replaced boyh axles and and the vibration went away. it was the driver side for sure. the vibration was still there after i chnaged the pass side. i then chnaged the driver side and no more vibration. i knew it couldn't be brakes because like i said, i've changed rotors, calipers, tires and even master cyl. any way proplem fixed. thanks all.
