burning smell at high rpms

what could cause this?

most these engines are old..not perfectly fresh and new if u know what i mean..its normal wear and tear unless its Extreamly bad..

haha mine does the same thing but thats because i believe i have an exhaust leak at my manifold. only happens over 4000rpm tho and i usualy shift at about 2500-3000.
