WHy do they only make a camber for the rear tires, for the rsx
They only make a rear camber kit because only the rear seems to butterfly, well to me any ways. I have my car slamed like 3 inches and it handles good. And like I said only the rear seemed to butterfly. The front stayed the same. And a few people I know that have rsx-s that have their car lowered have experienced the same thing, only the rear butterflying. Also what lowering kit were you planing to go with? I have skunk2 coilovers and they give a good ride. Well good luck with your kit bro.
we dropped my friends RSX as low as the GroundControl's would let us, and the rear tires are at like -4 camber.. looks gay from the back..
correct me if im wrong, i don't think i am thoguh
probably the main reason for the rear only is because having a neg camber gives you better traction. it just wears the tires unevenly. and considering the car is front wheel drive, maybe they recognize that the rear only needs correction??
not quite sure.
my nitro offroad race car the camber is inward like hell.
but whatever i ahve a rear wheel drve car so i donno

Its all about the suspension geometry, having more evenly sized control arms on the front give the tire a more vertical motion, where as on the rear its a much larger arm on the bottom (radius wise) which causes the rear wheels to come off vertical as the wheel either raises or lowers. The kit is to put the geometry of the wheel into vertical when the desired ride height is achieved.
