What up guys just need some more help tried doing some searching couldn't find my answer. I just swapped my b18C1 into my EJ1, I have no check engine lights but my car can't go past 65 and the rev limiter is on and I belive I can't go past 4-6k rpm's?
I know it's not my Vtec wiring b/c I had a CEL before and switched the Vtec wiring around and that solved my issue. Could it be knock sensor will it cause my issue?

Any help would be great it's my day off and trying to get as much done as possible.

you did get a gsr ECU right?

 

Sounds like you dont have the right ECU for the motor because if you did and didnt have your knock sensor wired up you would be throwing an ECU code for it. Also the knock sensor would not cause the problems you are having. I drove my car for months without one. You got other issues

bump any other ideas? Just put tach in and I can't go past 3500 rpm and no CEL.
