alright, i have a 00 civic and i think i have a problem. When i press on the acclerator whether in nuetral or not it sounds like water is flowing. Almost water running down a tube. it seems like its coming from the the rear of the engine bay. but when i slow down really fast, stop, then acclerate again its really loud and noticable. THinking might have water in my down piping? anything helps..... thanks
