What could cause my RPMs to shoot up at start up?

What could cause my RPMs to shoot up at start up?

Just got done swapping in my "back up" engine. Went to fire the car, started right away but the motor revved to 6k right away before I got to shut if off. What could be the cause of this?

Things I checked:
-Throttle Cable
-TPS

Things it could be?:
-Vaccuum leak somewhere? I'm pretty sure I didn't forget anything.
-Spark plug wires on in the wrong order? I think they are right though.

your fast idle valve under the throttle body night be stuck open

Sounds just like a vacuum leak.
