Default whats the lowest offset people are running? (searched and read faq's)

as the title states I have already searched and read the faq's here and in the wheel and tire forum but havnt found any people or info with peoples personal experiances. I am looking to run a 16x7 with a 35 offset on my 92 civic sedan. anyone think I will have a problem????? looking for personal experiances.

theres a set of racing hart cprs that im interested but the offset is +19, and the weird thing is, they dont look too bad on the car since im not slammed...

i am running cprs staggered 15x7 in the rear, 15x7.5 in the front with a 45 offset in the rear, and 42 in the front.

i rub because i'm extremely low.
