I am looking at a 16x7 35 offset wheel. will i have issues with fitting these wheels on my 92 civic sedan? i read the faq and searched but couldnt find any one with a personal experiance.

should be fine just as long as you arent slammed to the ground or run fatty tires..

use 195/45 or 205/40

 

will fit no problem with a 205/40r16

 

i actually wanted to run a little bit meatier of a tire. 215 40 or 215 45, possibly with an eight inch rim. not a good idea???? anyone got personal experiance?

 

for your car with rubbing issues i would only run a 205/40r16 especially if it's lowered quiet a bit...standard on a 1992 civic in plus fitment is a 205/40r16 to keep everything straight as in speedo and odometer...i ran 35mm with 15x7 on my 00 si with a 205/50r15 and looked great and no rubbing issues
