Default auto to stick

I'm looking to do an auto to stick conversion on my 96 civic ex coupe. what parts are necessary to do the swap and what tranny do you guys recommend (d16y7 non vtec or d16y8 vtec)? please let me know thanks

alrite so I came up with a list of the **** I need to do the swap...don't know if I'm missing something or I got **** on the list I don't need so let me know

-d16y8 clutch, press plate n flywheel with bolts
-ex 5 speed ecu
-upper tranny bracket
-lower tranny mount
-rear tranny mount
-pedals n shift linkage
-d16y8 5spd intake manifold n throttle body?
-clutch master cylinder
-slave cylinder
-speed sensor if tranny doesn't have it
-starter
-hard n soft clutch lines

Yeah looks like you got a good list there. Except I don't see the shifter, but i'm sure that's a given. What do u need a manual intake manifold and throttle body for? Should be the same as far as I know.
