Is this exhaust manifold the best original honda manifold for a B series engine

would this manifold be an upgrade to my standard uk spec ITR exhaust manifold and is this the best standad B series manifold ever made or not? thanks matt

A true upgrade would be the JDM ITR 4-1 manifold, which is essentially a factory header. I don't know of your car's manifold is already equipped with a 2.5" collector, and if not, the one in the link you provided would me a slight improvement. However, the ITR 4-1 is essentially "the best" factory B-series manifold available.
