NEED ECU AND VTEC HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
ok so im just getting into all the honda stuff because i really like it and im looking at buying my first civic. its a 1991 HB. the guy selling it says : "There were some issues with the Vtec not working, I'm not sure if it is still disabled. There were some wiring issues with the ecu and it throws a code that causes the check engine light to go on. I don't remember what code it is." is this something i could fix for cheap or should i just say f that car? help please!

i wouldnt get it,,its someones unfinished project..and it has a big crease in the 1/4 panel. The seatbelt harness is setup to break your back (seriously)..and do you really want a stripped car in the north?
