You have a Civic Type-R cluster from a 1997 CTR.
Those others are 98-00 Civic Type-Rx clusters. They came with SRS and (I'm not sure why), a plug for the ABS system.

Because the base model CTR (Not the Type Rx) was stripped. It didn't come with a radio, it didn't come with airbags, it didn't come with power windows. It was a race car. Honda even took it one step further with the 98+ N1-Spec or Race-Spec CTR, which had less sound deadening, and came with a shaved crank pulley.
