Default CTR ek4 Cluster?!?!?

i was wondering since i have a obd2...does the wiring just hookin straight up to the ctr clusters or the stocked 96-96hatchback clusters? i need help....

all 96-00 clusters are plug and play
ctr isnt ek4, its ek9
ek4 is sir

There are tons of threads on this exact question. Please, before posting, search in the future.
