B18c1 low comp pistons

Default B18c1 low comp pistons

I after i install low comp pistons and eagle rods do i have to get a basemap to seat in the new piston rings? Cuz i am getting them installed and dont want to pay 500 to tune with low comp pistons then another 500 to tune when turbo installed.

i typed in basemap in the search button and i got 4 results one of which had a thread containing many vouches for reliable basemap sources.

I ask if i needed one to seat pistons without blowing up my engine.

im getting my car back soon as well and im driving it N/A for a while to break in the motor as well as build my turbo kit...im getting it street tuned atleast im not taking a chance...i just dropped 4k on a motor ill spend 300-400 to make sure it doesnt blow
