speedometer and odometer dont work. what the heck is up?

i recently put a 94 si guage cluster in my 95 civic dx. now the speedometer and odometer dont f***ing work.

it's not the vss so what is it?please help

Maybe a blown fuse.

which fuse would it be. i dont have the fuse box diagram to go by

does the new cluster work in another car? ... maybe the speedo/tach is broken. I have replacements for $40

yeah it worked in my friends hatch. the tach, fuel, and temp guage work. it's just the spedometer and odometer.
