Default too much fuel going into throttle body?

I have a 1990 1.5 tbi and i am getting way too much fuel in the throttle body. It is causing it to flood and not run. Any ideas what could be causing me to get so much extra fuel?? Have no codes in the computer that i can tell.

Thanks Josh

Maybe you have a broken injector causeing it to flood... Im not really sure but you could pull them out and take a look at their condition.
