crome tip in?
fuel tip in is how quickly the program responds to your throttle input. for example you are cruising at 14.7:1 air fuel and you floor it if instantly the car jumps lean but then goes right back in like then that means you need to add fuel at the tip in. and vise versa. it is the initial compensation for throttle input.
If you've increased your throttle body size, you'll need to increase your tip-in over the 1:1 default.
1.00 is considered 100%, and you should increase that based on your throttle diameter over stock (if, say, you've increased from 62mm to 68mm, that's roughly 9%, so you would change your tip-in to 1.09).
But also keep in mind changing your TB bore alters the entire A/F curve, so add that to your fuel multiplier & do some datalogging. Unfortunately you'll also need bigger injectors or you'll be overloading the duty cycle, causing unstable fuel delivery - so meanwhile hike up your fuel pressure about 4psi and add that to your fuel tables FIRST)

ah, it make sense. i notice my duty cycle showing 110percent on full throttle.
well, i have a 64mm opening mani and 68mm tb, i haven't able to port it yet. do i go with 64mm or 68?
what fpr u guys suggest?? i haven't come across one is relaible.

If the opening is too big you'll lose part-throttle response, because the air flows so fast the vacuum pressure will always read closer to WOT. So naturally you'll burn through a lot of clutches driving to work 
Retard your timing on everything short of WOT, and that 68mm should do okay on a B16.
Hike up your fuel pressure through the multiplier until your duty cycle is in the 90's, then set your pressure regulator accordingly. But I hope new injectors are in the cards for you soon, high pressure is almost as bad as high duty.
