have a problem with idle

so my car has recently been idling about 500 or so, i leave it in nuetral and it gets higher to about 700, but everytime i rev it, and let go of the gas it goes all the way to even 400....
some one guy told me it could be the idle contoler?...or something like that
has anyone had this problem?

quick question...i have a skunk 2 IM on my gsr, is it right behind the manifold?..close to the TB or to where the FPR is at???.

Just to the right of the TB (look at it on the car). You can see the holes for it in the pic. BTW, 1400 posts and you dont know about the dreaded IACV problem....you must've stayed outta the integra forums.

haha i know, im learning little by little, seriously im learning alot
this is just one of those things that you learn for the first time, you know what i mean?

this is one reason i noticed why it's idling very low, just read it
ever since the temprature has change, my idle has changed aswell
