obd1 CEL help please!
I have been having problems with my car's CEL comming on, I recently changed out my thermostat and then put in a new set of stock NGK plugs the next day and, after I left my house I was only like a block away and the CEL pops on. It is throwing a 1 O2 sensor and a 14 IACV. So I pulled the ECU fuse to reset it and it stayed off. Then the next day It did it again. It doesn't happen right away and when it does it's not on start up. Its after the car is warm and I've been driving around for a while. Any help would be much appreciated.
Reseting the ECU isnt going to solve any problems. All that is doing is resetting it. Code 1 as you stated is the o2 sensor. Most of the times change it and you fine.

My o2 Sensor is only like 4 months old brand new with the swap, also
$100 for a new one isn't something I can really afford. Also if thats the problem why does it only come on every once in a while?

well there obviously is something wrong with the sensor, because the computer doesn't take signal from it until the car is at operating temperature...so its probably a bad sensor....and if i recall, code one says oxygen content, not sensor, so it may be a bad air/fuel mixture, you didn't put in like a 180° or 160° thermostat did you?
as for the IACV, make sure the plug is in the whole way first of all, and then double check to make sure you put the ground back on the thermostat housing and make sure its tight

The ecu doesn't start reading the o2 sensor input until the engine is at operating tempreture (closed loop) and like the other guy said it is reading the o2 content. I think thats why it only comes on after driving awhile. If the computer is throwing a ivac code your idle should be shitty, isn't it?
No, it idles just fine. Like 1200rpm at start up then works it's way down to like 750-800rpm. And Like I said it only happens when it's warm with both of them and even then the idle doesn't change.

ok, then its simple, your sensor is bad

unfortunately it happens....i had a brand new bosch sensor go out on me within one day...those things are so fragile...you would think by now they would have come up with a better way of measuring exhaust gas contents

well, i work at autozone so i get my o2 sensors for like 15 bucks, so id rather pay for like 6 bosch sensors than 1 honda one, plus the sensor i have meow has been in for over a year without problems
