This is Nick from http://www.johnbrownracing.com, John Brown has been working on a custom RSX Type S header. It was hand made and then Jet Hot Coated to perfection. We now have the cast but before we decide what we are doing with these, I am taking some comments to see how many of you RSX owners are inetersted in them?? Manifold will bolt up to stock downpipe which is actually pretty big but we might decide to do a piece for that and possible the cat as well as we have to come to figure out that is a MAJOR restriction on this car! There will be dyno graphs to go along with these as well. If anyone is interested please leave comments in here as I will check them daily form the shop or feel free to contact me at the shop.

Well good job on the header bro, i'd like to see the dynos on them. But my main question is that you said you can get jdm parts from the integra type R (rsx). I am looking for the jdm intake manifold , jdm flywheel, and the jdm header. If you can get these products let me know. thanx and good luck with your rsx-s.

Yeah, I'm interested in a 4-1 1 piece header that includes a converter replacement. Large primaries and a 2.5" or larger collector would be nice. Please inlcude dyno gains and pictures when it's ready for sale. Thanks.

 

converter replacement? wtf? i don't think any headers comes with that. just get a cat jack.

also, why would you want a bigger collector? unless you're making a custom exhuast...

 

maybe you should stick "header" somewhere in there otherwise i'd be expecting an RSX Type S with some kind of coating on the paint =P

 

That looks like a nice header. I'm curious... Why does the pipe second from the left curve all the way over to the right side of the header? What would be the advantage of doing that vs moving it straight down?
