can you guys tell me at what rpm vtec kicks in on a h22 and when 2nd dariy vtec kick in on a h22

 

At full throttle vtec should kick in at 5k, a little later if not at WOT.
What is secondary VTEC?

 

its like the second vtec my friend has a gsr and his 2nd vtec kicks in at 7500rpms he told me that u dont notice the 1st only the second

 

There isnt secondary VTEC on an H22 or a B18. You guys are thinking about the secondary intake runners. I dont know what RPM they kick in at but it should be nowhere near 7500rpms VTEC for those motors is at around 5500 or so I am pritty sure and the secondary intake runner opens up at 3500ish I think.

There is a motor with a secondary VTEC but the engine was never released in the US to my knowledge. Also it was a SOHC design as well...

 

Its not secondary VTEC, its 2nd dariy vtec. Read carefully.

On a f22 it kicks in at 2500

from what i remember it was more like 5k

i still can't hear it on my F23A1....maybe someday I'll hook the voltmeter up to the wire and see what it says
