Default turbo setup question

i purchased a turbo kit for my 2000 honda civic and i think the downpipe connects on the passenger side of the turbo and the intake is on the driver side. Most other setups ive seen it's on the driver side. Does anyone know if i will have to make and more mod's with this kind of setup.

you can possibly have the dp comnnect on the drivers side but it might takemodding the downpipe and might effect re aranging things

i would just run it the way its supposed to be ran and be fine with that

run the downpipe on the passenger side....doesnt make sense to run it on the driver side b/c then the downpipe and chargepipe go past each other running in opposite directions...get what im saying?
