coolant routing for poor man's type R
ok, gonna take baby steps just to make sure i covered everything. head is an obd-0 b16, block is an obd-II b18c. i figure i should have 4 holes before i drop it in.. 2 for the radiator hoses, 2 for the heater hoses. right now i've got 5 (and a half).
on the head, i've got:

those i get. on the back of the block:

my block didn't come with an oil cooler, which i shrugged off because the crossover pipe on the back doesn't have a nipple for the coolant lines that usually go there. which makes things pretty simple... 1 nipple that will snake its way over to the heater, and another that goes to the IACV.
this is where i get confused:

on the head i still have 1 small nipple without a home. nearest i can tell, everything that needs coolant is getting coolant. should i just cap this off? or will i need to T it in somewhere?
also, the t-stat housing has a threaded hole on it. i didn't get anything with my short block to go into that hole. i looked it up in the acura parts catalog, and it looks like i need to get a $30 t-stat switch to plug that up. true? do i even have wiring for that? car is still obd-0.
thanks everyone.

yes you will need a thermo switch, you will need to wire it up to the wires that used to be behind the block by the filter since this block doesnt have a switch there.
